One cup milk
Two Bananas
Half cup frozen Rasberries
Half Apple
Two scoops Ice cream (any)
Half cup ice cubes


Cut Bananas and apple in to small pieces.
Put every thing in a blender.
Blend it for two minutes.
Your smoothee is ready to serve.
