Ingredients:
One cup milk
Two Bananas
Half cup frozen Rasberries
Half Apple
Two scoops Ice cream (any)
Half cup ice cubes
Preparation:
Cut Bananas and apple in to small pieces.
Put every thing in a blender.
Blend it for two minutes.
Your smoothee is ready to serve.
