Easy Chicken Karahi

Chicken Karahi is a blend of spices and chicken, cooked with ginger/garlic and tomatoes. Very easy to make and delicious to eat.

1 kilo bone less Chicken
3 tbs ginger & garlic paste
2 green chillies
4 tbs Oil
1 tsp red Chillies
1 Tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp Vinegar
Cut the chicken in small pieces.
Heat Oil in a Karahi and put cloves in it.
Then put paste of ginger & garlic and stir fry for few second then put the Chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
Cut tomatoes in small cube and put in chicken and then mix well with a spoon.
When Tomatoes are melt, put green chillies and all rest of ingridients in it and fry till it leaves oil.
Chicken Karahi is raedy, garnish with sliced ginger.
Serve with naan.
