Qorma is one of the favorite dishes cook on Eid ul Adha and other special occasions. Its a mild curry with a kick of spices and serve as a main dish with naan or boiled rice.

Beef 1 kg
Dahi 1 1/2 cup
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Safiad zeera 1 tspn
Choti Ilaichi 4-5
Lal mirch powder 1 1/2 tsp
dhania powder 1/3 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
Take it out and put it on a paper towel to absorb extra oil.
Now in the same oil crackle Ilaichi.
Put meat and other spices and fry for few minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and cook until meat gets tender, fry until it leaves oil.
Now crush onions with hands (do not blend).
Add yogurt and crushed onions to meat and simmer on low heat till it leaves oil.
Delicious Qorma is ready.
Garnish with fresh corriander leaves and serve hot.
