Capsicums : 4 Nos
Potatoes : 500 Grms
Tomatoes : 3 Nos
Onions : 3
Chillies Green : 4 Nos
Jeera Powder : 1/2 tsp
Peanuts raw chopped : 2 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp


Half the capsicums and remove pith and seeds.
Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
Chop tomotoes, slice the onions.
Heat the ghee in a pan and fry onions till translucent.
Add tomatoes and peanuts and fry for a minute.
Now green chillies, cumin seed powder and salt to taste and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the potatoes and fry for a minutes. Now add garam masala. Mix well.
Cool and stuff into the cacpsicums.
Put on grill for 15 minutes, or bake in the hot oven.
