Ingredients:

1/4 kg maida,
one egg
and some water
some oil
salt per taste (or sugar to make sweet one)

Preparation:

Veshalla: (its like a pancake, a bread prepared mostly in khyberpukhtunkhwa)
Take a large bowl mix well (by a beater or hand) maida, one egg and some water.
To make a thick batter (not too much thick, make it thick like beaten yougart).
Mix salt to taste (to make sweet veshalla mix sugar instead of salt).
Now heat Tawa or fry pan on a medium flame make it a little oily and pour the batter on the heated tawa or Fry pan and spread the batter by hand to shape it like a circle and the batter should be thinner like a chapati wait till it cooks and you will see it is like chapati and now turn it. when the other side is also cooked apply some cooking oil to make it like paratha.
you can serve it with tea. or you can make rolls of any kind (chicken roll or beef roll or qeema roll) putting stuff in it and roll it. Its a little bit tricky to cook but It has a delicious taste.
