Ingredients:
1 lbs lean ground beef washed and drained well.
2 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds
2 tsps cumin seeds
2 tbsp corrainder seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp gram flour(besan)
1 tsp gram masala
4-5 finely chopped thai chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 egg
oil for cooking
Preparation:
Start by mincing corrainder seeds, pomegranate seeds and cumin seeds finely.
Place minced meat in a bowl add all the minced spices plus every other ingredient in it.
Mix it really well till every thing becomes very well mixed. Leave it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Now make about 3 to 4 inch diameter very thin cakes(tikki)out of that mince meat and fry it on both sides till it becomes dark brown each side.
Serve hot with sprinkle of lime or green chutni.
