Sweet Bread Sticks

A quick snack which is made with the left over edges of bread. Nibble the chrunchy sticks with tea or coffee.

Ingredients:

3 slices of Bread (Cut the hard edges of the slices which will be used in this
recipe it will be 12 sticks after cut.)
2 Eggs
Sugar according to taste
3 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp Milk
Oil for frying (you can use butter)

Preparation:

Beat Eggs and than mix well all ingredients except edges of bread slices.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Coat well the batter on the bread sticks (edges of bread slices) Keep it in the
batter for a minute or two.
Now fry these sticks. Don't put all but put a little number so that it can be fried easily.
Change the sides of the sticks to fry all sides.
When light brown and crunchy. Take out and place on a paper towel to absord the excess oil.
Tasty sweet bread sticks are ready.
* These sticks are usally leftovers when you prepare sandwiches. So the
edges of the bread slices are utilized in this recipe. :)
