800 grams Boneless chicken breasts
300 grams Curds
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Ginger paste
1 tablespoon Garlic paste
1 tablespoon Green chilli paste
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
100 grams Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Fresh cream
1 teaspoons Garam masala
2-3 tablespoons Oil
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken into 2 inch long slices.
Mash cottage cheese and mix it with fresh cream to make a fine paste.
Hang the curds in a muslin cloth for about half an hour. Mix all the ingredients together in it except the oil.
Put the chicken pieces into this mixture and let it marinate for 2 hours.
Roast the pieces in a preheated oven (220C) for about 15 minutes. Turn the pieces over and baste with oil.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes or till the chicken tender.
Serve with lemon slices, mint chutney and onion rings.
