Ingredients:
Yogurt 1/2 kg.
garlic paste 1/2 tsp.
Mint paste 1 tsp.
roasted cumin seeds powder 2 tsp.
Chaat Masala 2 tsp.
red chili 1/2 tsp.
black pepper 1 tsp.
salt per taste.
Preparation:
Beat yogurt well by beater or by fork.
Put 1 tsp of cumin seeds powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, red chili, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and mint paste and mix well.
Now sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp chaat masala, and 1 tsp cumin seeds powder over the raita before serving.
It tastes good if served cold.
