Green masala made of corriander, parsley, chopped green chillies and tamrand paste is coated with mashed potatoes and covered with besan mixture and fried. Makes a great starter or teatime snack.

Ingredients:

3-4 potatoes boiled and mashed
Salt 1 tsp,
Black pepper 1/4 tsp,
Red crushed chillies 1 tsp,
Zeera 1/2 tsp,
Ajino moto 1 tsp
You need basen to make paste like with water, salt and little baking powder as u mix for pakoras.
For filling:
Green coriander 1/2 cup chopped
Green 3 to 4 chillies
Parsley and green carry {kachi imli}2 tbsp
make a paste with little salt dont add water just make it like chutney.

Preparation:

First boil potatoes and then add all the ingredients and mash them until they r mixed and firm,
Then make green paste for filling, then take small amount of boiled potatoes and fill the green filling and coat with the basin paste and deep fry them in hot oil and serve with raita or ketchup as u like it.
