Ingredients:
1 Bag of Pasta
2 Medium Size Onions
1/2 A Tin of Tomatos or Fresh
2 Breast Pieces of Chicken
2-3 Tbl Spoon of Oil
1 Clove of Garlic
1/2 Pound parmesan Cheese.
Salt to taste.

Preparation:
First boil pasta in water, put in a pinch of salt and oil so not to stick together, once they have been done drain and put to one side.
Next in a pan add oil with garlic and (cut the chicken breast in thin chinese slices) and fry till golden brown then add salt, pepper and add them to the pasta.
Next in a pan add oil and fry onions with half a clove of garilc till golden brown.
Add the tomatos and simmer (do not add any masala) till all in smooth sauce, add sauce to pasta and chicken mix and stir and add the grated cheese and simmer for 2 minutes then done.
Serve hot.
