Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar[grinded]
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp butter
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
some water
1 egg yolk
Preparation:
Preheat the oven on 350F.
In a large bowl mix ingredients except egg yolk with the help of milk [and some water,if needed] knead a fine dough.
Roll the dough over a rolling pan with the help of the rolling pin.
Now with the help of cookie cutter cut about 12 or more depending on the size of cookie cutter cookies.
Place these cookies on the cookie sheet and brush them with egg yolk(If desired).
Bake them for about an hour or until turn golden brown from the bottom.
Cool them and enjoy.
