Ingredients:

Chicken(boneless and boiled) 200 gms
Dates 6
Almonds 10
lemon jiuce 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Hot spices powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lettuce 1 cup
Baby spinach as required

Preparation:

Cut dates down their length and deseed. Cut almonds.
Cut chicken into chunky pieces and add dates and almonds.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon, hot spices, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
Add to the chicken and mix thoroughly.
Serve it on a bed of lettuce and baby spinach.
