Ingredients:
1kg minced meat
1/2 kg tomatoes
1 tea spoon garlic paste
2 tea spoon ginger paste
2 tea spoon red ground chilies
6 green chilies
2 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon salt
Preparation:
Apply the ginger garlic paste to the mince meat and set aside.
Heat oil and fry the ground red chilies till brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for a little while.
Then add mince meat and let it cook till the water dries up.
Fry green chilies and serve it with mince meat.
