2 TABLE SPOONS PEPPER POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
2 TABLE SPOONS GHEE
TURMERIC 1 TABLESPOON
GREEN CHILLI 4
COCONUT OIL 4 TABLESPOON
CURRY LEAVES 2 TWIGS
COCONUT MILK 3 CUPS(THICK)

Preparation:

MIX THESE INGRIEDIENTS TOGETHR KEEP FOR 30 MNTS THEN COOK . SHOULD NOT ADD WATER ..IF NEEDED ADD MORE COCONUT MILK.GOOD WITH BREAD CHAPPTHIS PARATHAS AND SO ON SERVE HOT.
IT BECOMES A THICK GRAVY DISH. COOK ON LOW FIRE.
