Ingredients:

Eggs 6
Milk 1 kilo
Sugar1 1/2 cup
Almonds chopped 12-14
Vanilla essence few drops

Preparation:

Beat egg yolk and egg white separately.
Add 3 Tbsp sugar in egg whites while beating.
Boil milk, when it starts boiling then add egg white with spoon and take it out when it is cooked.
Take them out in another dish.
Now add sugar, egg yolk and essence in milk.
Cook to form a custard.
Place cooked egg white balls over it and garnish with almonds.
Keep in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
