Ingredients:
chicken 6-8 leg pieces
garlic paste 1 table spoon
ginger 1 table spoon
onion paste 1 table spoon
green chilli paste 1/2 table spoon
oil for deep frying
venigar 3 table spoon
soya sauce 2 table spoon
red chilli 1/4 table spoon
black peper 1/2 table spoon
chat masala 1/2 table spoon
salt as desired
bread crumbs
egg 1
Preparation:
Put small cuts on the leg pieces and set it aside.
Now in a bowl mix all the above ingredients except oil, breadcrumbs and egg to make a paste.
Now put chicken in this mixture and mix it well.
Cover and put it in the fridge for marination overnight.
Heat the oil , coat the chicken pieces in egg, roll in the bread crumbs and deep fry them on a medium heat until chicken is done from inside.
Serve hot with french fries and ketch up.Enjoy!!!!
