Chicken pieces slightly boiled, battered in the Chicken mix and deep fried.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings (desired amount)1/2 kg
1/2 tsp salt
Chicken mix powder
1/2 bowl of milk
Cooking Oil

Preparation:

Wash the Chicken wings.
Put it in a cooking pan with the salt and leave on low heat.
Keep stiring the chicken untill it has changed colour and become tender.
Remove the chicken from heat.
Put some chicken mix powder in a plate.
Dip the chicken wings in the milk bowl and roll in the chicken mix untill fully coated.
Deep fry it in the oil.
Serve with cutney (garlic dip).
