Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast (cut in small pieces)
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tomatoe (cutin small pieces)
3 small green peppers (jalapenos)
Green onions
1/2 spoon haldi
1/2 black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Red pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup vinegar
Garam masala
Pinch of sugar
Oil
Preparation:
Add oil to karahi, then add garlic and ginger paste.
Add chicken and stir fry til no longer pink.
Add haldi at this stage.
Add tomatoes, continue to stir til water evaporates from tomatoes.
Add black pepper, salt, red pepper.
Add vinegar and stir.
Add green peppers and put little bit more oil in, add pinch of sugar let cook about 3 minutes then add 1/3 cup water, sprinkle garam masala on top but don't mix in.
Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve with rice or naan. You'll love it!!
