Ingredients:
Bhindi 1 pao cut in 4 strips and deep fry till slightly crisp
Potatoes 2-3 cut in fingers and fry in oil till tender and golden
Oil 1/4 cups
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chilly Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp levelled
Dhania 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Preparation:
Fry Bhindi and potato fingers till tender and slightly crispy.
Heat oil and fry all Masala.
Add in tomato paste, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water and fry masala well and pour on top of fried vegetables.
Sprinkle hara masala on top. Serve both in one dish kept side by side.
