A great dessert for a fancy party, very refreshing, light pudding (China Grass) complimented by savory apricot sauce.

Ingredients:
For china grass:
Milk 1/2 liter
China grass about 0.2oz - one hand full(one fist)
Almonds chopped 1/2 cup
Desicated coconut 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2-1cup
For apricot sauce:
Dried apricots 1/2 cup(if pits in take them out)
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Paisin (black or golden)1/2cup
Almonds chopped 1/2 cup
Coconut 1/2 cup desicatted
Optional: You can add any type of nut you want except peanut.
Preparation:
For China Grass:
Take milk to boil over medium heat then add china grass to it.
Wait and let china grass cook with milk it will be dissolved wait until then add sugar to it and turn off the heat.
Now add nuts and coconut.
And let it cool outside the refrigerator for about 15 mins then place it in refrigerator.
After cooling it will get the texture like pudding.
Apricot Sauce:
Put apricots(pit out), sugar and raisin in to a pan over low heat and let the sugar melt and caramalise with apricots.
Then add water and lemon juice.
When they get cook very well and you see that the texture had become of the sauce then out it into blender and blend it for 2 mins on very low speed.
Then add almonds and coconut.
And let both things cool inside refrigerator.
When get chilly cold serve them together.
