Ingredients:
1 whole skinless chicken
5 green peppers
2 medium size onions
8 cloves of garlic
.2 lbs. of ginger
1 quarter pound stick of butter
1 tablespoon of garam masala
1 tablespoon kitchen king
1 tablespoon chilli powder
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Cook the butter in large pan
Add whole garam masala
Add cut up ginger, garlic, green peppers, and onions
Cut chicken into desired pieces
Keep your stove on high on all time, dont let it burn
When your masala is cooked add chilli powder and salt
Add your chicken
Cook chicken until tendera and all the water has dried
To garnish add kitchen king and green cilantro.
