Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ghee
4 large carrots(coarsely grated)
400g can sweetened condensed milk)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom.
1/3 cup(45g)slivered almonds,toasted
Preparation:
Heat ghee in a large pan, cook carrots, stirring until soft.
Add milk and cardamom cook stirring occasionally until nearly all liquid has evaporated and it leaves oil.
Stir in nuts.
Serve halwa warm or cold.
