Here's one easy to do, simple, easy on the budget but loaded with healthy stuff and goodness recipe!!!!

Ingredients:

Tomatoes firm 12(medium size).
Onions finely chopped 1(medium).
Meat cooked, minced(beef) 1 ½ cups
Rice cooked 1 cup
Butter ¼ cup
Stock or yakhni 2 - 3 tsps.
Cream 1 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsps.
Parsley chopped 2 tsp.
Cheese grated ½ cup
Bread crumbs 1 tsp.
Salt and pepper To taste

Preparation:

Cut a thin slice from the top of each tomato and scoop out the pulp.
Cook the onions in the butter until soft.
Add the meat, rice, stock, cream, worcestershire sauce and parsley.
Season with pepper and cook for 3 mins.
Fill the tomatoes with the meat mixture and put in a lightly buttered oven proof
dish.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese and the bread crumbs and bake in a pre heated oven at 375 deg for 15 to 20 mins.
Serve hot.
