How to serve: Cold
4 apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
1/2 cup flour (unsifted)
1/2 cup oatmeal Quick cooking
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Place apples' slices in 9" round glass pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
Microwave on HIGH for 10-14 minutes or until apples are tender.
Allow to cool before serving.
